THE REPEATABLE LOOP

Seven stages, one controlled learning loop.

七个阶段，构成一套受控的学习闭环。

  1. Theme主题

    Choose the single project-level question or message this cycle will test.确定本轮要验证的一个项目级问题或核心表达。

  2. Material素材

    Locate claims, first-hand statements, evidence, visual assets, and constraints before generation.在生成之前，定位主张、一手表达、证据、视觉资产与边界条件。

  3. Work作品

    Create one approved primary baseline, then adapt platform-native variants without changing the core truth.先形成一份经认可的主账号基线，再做平台原生适配，但不改变核心事实。

  4. Approval审批

    Review evidence, risk, identity, and intended effect. Upstream stages remain revisable before release.审视证据、风险、执行身份与预期效果；发布前仍可返回修正前置阶段。

  5. Publish发布

    Execute through explicit platform and account lanes. Queue submission is never treated as platform success.按明确的平台与账号 Lane 执行；进入队列绝不等同于平台发布成功。

  6. Feedback反馈

    Collect receipts, platform-local metrics, qualitative responses, failures, and missing data as separate facts.把回执、平台局部指标、定性回应、失败与数据缺失分别记录为事实。

  7. Iterate迭代

    Settle the cycle, retain late facts at their source, and change at most one global variable in the next cycle.结算本轮、保留迟到事实的来源，并在下一轮最多改变一个全局变量。

Progress without demanding perfect synchrony.

允许不同步，但不允许失去归属。

The project carries the long-lived direction. Each cycle packages a specific learning objective. Lanes track platform, account, and format execution independently.

项目承载长期方向；每轮封装一个具体学习目标；Lane 独立记录平台、账号与内容形式的执行。

  • A platform miss is not a content verdict平台失误不等于内容失败Missing or failed execution remains missing evidence, not a negative metric.缺失或失败的执行仍是证据缺失，不被解释成负面指标。
  • Late work cannot hold the mainline hostage历史尾项不能绑架主线Every lane receives a disposition: complete, deferred, rebased, archived, or cancelled.每条 Lane 都要获得明确归宿：完成、延期、重定基线、归档或取消。
  • Cross-platform change needs convergent evidence跨平台改向需要收敛证据One local signal normally changes only that platform; the project mainline changes under stronger evidence or human judgement.单个平台信号默认只推动局部适配；更强证据或人工判断才改变项目主线。
